Menlo Park, CA, September 20, 2022 — Joveo, the global leader in programmatic recruitment advertising technology, published “The TA Tech Stack Dilemma” today, exploring talent acquisition (TA) leaders’ struggles to find the right candidates due to technology-related challenges.
Joveo’s latest report finds many TA leaders frustrated and struggling with their tech stacks – largely due to the fact that multiple point solutions are not properly integrated. An overwhelming 48% of respondents are using two to three solutions, while 40% conceded that they were actively juggling four or more. Unfortunately, additional solutions compound issues: siloed data, reporting redundancies, high costs, and suboptimal job-seeker experiences.
The report also found that while 64% of the respondents were less than satisfied with their tech stacks, many of them are apprehensive about shifting to a centralized platform, the most commonly attributed reasons being decentralized organizational structures, IT constraints, and ATS integration challenges.
“When you have 8–10 point solutions, reaching cohesive recruiting goals is a difficult – if not impossible – exercise.
