Joveo’s most recent publication identifies several key challenges facing talent acquisition (TA) leaders today – the most critical being their inability to post jobs at scale. As companies are looking for ways to rebound from a turbulent stretch, the struggle to find and retain top talent is real.
Joveo’s latest report finds that many TA leaders continue to struggle to find the right talent to fill their vacancies, despite their best job advertising efforts. More than half (53%) of those surveyed indicated that they struggled to automate posting of job ads on multiple channels/job sites at scale – an increase of 130%, compared with a 2020 survey – while 39% expressed frustration at their inability to track performance or cost.
“Are TA leaders today looking at too many point solutions to solve individual TA challenges? Or are the tech stacks that started out looking so great simply inadequate to meet evolving market needs? Typically, recruitment advertising decisions are driven by gut rather than data – which has made it extremely challenging to find the right talent for the right job. The report also found that overall satisfaction with TA tech stacks has declined from 2020 to 2022, possibly due to solutions’ general inability to cope with rapidly changing candidate sourcing channels, including a shift to social media recruitment.
