With over 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Ryan’s passion for innovation has led to transformative hiring strategies that shape the future of workforce planning.

As the Vice President of Global Talent Attraction and Engagement at Wells Fargo, Ryan leads the go-to-market strategy for attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he held leadership roles at Crocs, Thomson Reuters, and Best Buy, where he built and optimized Talent Operations functions and spearheaded key recruitment initiatives across campus hiring, onboarding, sourcing, technology, and more.

Ryan’s career began on the vendor side, working with industry leaders such as Arbita, Monster.com, and recruitment marketing agency The Arland Group. These experiences have given him a well-rounded perspective on crafting best-in-class recruitment strategies. Beyond his professional endeavors, Ryan is deeply committed to his community and dedicates his time to coaching football at Lakeville South High School.

Kristen Borener is a passionate advocate for exceptional candidate and recruiter
experiences, with over five years of hands-on expertise in Recruiting and HR
Operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global HRIS and TA Operations at Crocs,
Inc., Kristen leads with purpose, overseeing the strategic direction of their global ATS
and HR tech stack, while driving project management excellence across the board.
Kristen’s career has been defined by transformative impact. She has successfully led
global implementations of ATS platforms and CRMs, streamlined complex recruiting
processes, and elevated team performance through a strong focus on employee growth
and development. Her work doesn’t just optimize workflows—it humanizes them, putting
people at the center of every system and strategy.

Widely respected as a thoughtful and energetic leader, Kristen is known for her ability to

Outside of work you can find Kristen cheering on her alma mater, the University of
Michigan and her beloved Detroit Lions. She resides in Canton, MI with her 2 corgis and
husband of 8 years.

Kshitij (also known as KJ) is a recruitment industry icon, recognized globally for his passion for solving the most difficult problems in the human capital ecosystem with technology. KJ founded Joveo with the mission of delivering the right “job to everyone” (a phrase that translated into the name of the company itself).

With 20 years of recruitment marketing experience, KJ has a proven track record of building, leading, and managing innovative, high-growth organizations. As Joveo’s Founder and CEO, he drives the company’s long-term product and go-to-market strategies as well as day-to-day operations.

Before Joveo, KJ founded MoBolt, which created the world’s best job application optimization technology. After its acquisition by Indeed in 2014, he was a part of the product team at the company. Prior to MoBolt, KJ ran product management for the Asia Pacific region at Monster Worldwide, led cross-border sales for Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, and was their global recruiting subject matter expert.

Yazad Dalal leads all new business and strategic growth initiatives for Joveo globally. He brings with him over two decades of international business experience, with expertise in strategic growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence.

Dalal’s international journey, with roles from New York to Singapore, uniquely positions him to drive Joveo’s continued global expansion and technology-driven solutions in the recruitment space. Recognized as a thought leader across multiple subjects including AI in HR, DE&I, and the future of work, his insights have influenced the industry through numerous publications and advisory roles.

Prior to joining Joveo, Dalal served as Managing Director in Accenture’s Technology and Innovation group. During his time with the organization, he held multiple roles including Accenture Oracle Business Group Lead for AI in HR, achieving significant strategic and operational milestones during his tenure. Previously, he led strategy for Oracle’s HCM Cloud HCM Applications across the EMEA and Asia Pacific region.
