He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame and completed a Labor Relations program at Cornell University. Jennifer is a graduate of West Virginia University, holds a PHR, SHRM-CP and Six Sigma Green Belt certification and active SHRM member. When she is not rooting for her West Virginia University Mountaineers she enjoys being home in Annapolis with her family and dogs Scout and Penny.

As Head of Engineering, Prateek drives the vision and execution of Joveo’s AI-powered technology platform and engineering infrastructure. Prior to Joveo, Prateek was the CTO of Mobolt and helped develop the world’s best job application optimization technology. Upon Mobolt’s acquisition by Indeed in 2014, Prateek incubated a team to strongly establish Indeed’s presence in India.

Having gained expertise in building enterprise-scale applications. Prateek also co-founded kaam.work, a tech-enabled recruitment platform enabling the principle of ‘work from anywhere’.
