Menlo Park, CA – September 30, 2022 – Joveo, the global leader in programmatic job advertising, announced the addition of recruitment industry veterans Sanjay Chandel, Vinod Radhakrishnan, and Ani Sanyal to its senior leadership team. Chandel has joined the company as Head of People & Culture, while Radhakrishnan and Sanyal have been appointed Vice President Global Customer Success and Chief Revenue Officer, respectively.
Chandel will head Joveo’s people strategy while scaling the company’s global HR, talent acquisition, and employee engagement efforts. In a career spanning nearly 25 years, he has driven human resource management, people analytics, strategy, and operational excellence for some of the largest high-performing organizations globally.

Chandel previously served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at WNS (NYSE: WNS), a global business process management company with more than 52,000 employees and 54 delivery centers worldwide. Prior to WNS, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sterling (NASDAQ: STER), a leading provider of background and identity services that conducts more than 95 million background checks annually for 50,000+ clients. Chandel is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and High-Performance Coach. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 HR Leaders in India by World HRD Congress, and is a regular panelist and speaker at prestigious business schools, as well as a number of industry forums.
Radhakrishnan will lead long-term growth and customer strategy at Joveo. His main focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences, right from onboarding them to exceeding their goals – thus accelerating customer lifetime value. Like Chandel, he brings approximately 25 years of experience to the table, and his expertise spans across account strategy, customer success, service excellence, and customer delight.

Before joining Joveo, Radhakrishnan served as Vice President Global Customer Success at Talview, a recruiting automation and edutech platform, where he was in charge of developing and implementing customer success programs. Prior to that, he was CEO (India) at Innovatia, a global knowledge solutions company, where he shouldered responsibilities for several cross-functional teams ranging from global enterprise customer support to reducing attrition, building organizational capabilities, and developing an investment strategy.
Sanyal will oversee all revenue-related operations at Joveo, including sales, customer success, and marketing. He will also be responsible for sales, product, and pricing strategy aimed at accelerating customer as well as business value. Sanyal brings close to two decades of experience scaling businesses and managing multiple units across all major geographies.

Prior to joining Joveo, Sanyal served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Datameer, where he worked for approximately two years. Before joining Datameer, he worked for 22 years at IBM, where he rapidly grew from the position of a sales leader to Regional Sales Manager IBM Cloud Analytics, moving from one challenging role to another nearly every two years.
