The Position
We are looking for like-minded professionals who never settle for anything less than the best from themselves and from the rest of the team. As Operations Lead & Customer Success / Account Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include: answering pre-sales technical queries, onboarding and training new clients, day-to-day account management and support, liaising with the engineering team to resolve technical issues to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years digital media experience in the recruitment industry at an advertising agency, publisher or technology platform. He/she should also be a self-starter who can work autonomously, project manage, and take client’s requirements from request through to conclusion.

The Location: Candidates will be located in any of: LA, DC or NY
