About the job

As a Technical Account Manager you will: 

  • Manage the performance of multiple accounts and serve as their primary advisor and advocate
  • Assist the publisher team on new publisher onboarding
  • Document and outline publisher coverage globally
  • Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners, day to day clients, and internal teams (Account, Audience and Analytics
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and communicate with publishers
  • Coordinate with client success to identify gaps in publisher coverage
  • Ensure data aligns properly with publishers
  • Execute programmatic campaigns from the initial briefing stage through campaign set-up, maintenance, optimizations and final reporting
  • Own trades in multiple programmatic consoles with an understanding of campaign management and optimization strategy (bid management, tactics, data and audience analysis, etc.)
  • Extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes and client report

About you

You’ll be a great fit if you have the following:

  • A BA/BS degree
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Effective time management skills – the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform basic skills in word processing tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • A positive, self-starting attitude and an effective team player mindset
  • Passion for digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and our clients’ business
  • Passion for learning new technology and teaching it to others.
