We are looking for that rare Talent Acquisition leader who can be a force multiplier to our exponential growth trajectory.

What will you do?

  • Strategy – Design and implement overall recruiting strategy/plan.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source & Screen – Source candidates using your own network, databases, social media etc. Partner with Hiring Managers to screen applications and drive the hiring process.
  • Optimize – Continue to optimize hiring funnel for quality and speed to hire.
  • Partner – Prepare and execute on the recruiting plan, partnering with functional leaders such that their needs and your resource augmentation are always in sync.
