We are looking for that rare Talent Acquisition leader who can be a force multiplier to our exponential growth trajectory.

What will you do?

  • Be responsible for new business development in India region as per defined sales targets.
  • Provide inputs into the strategic sales planning process
  • Connect with key influencers and decision makers in potential client organization and develop relationships
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and be able to articulate a convincing value proposition for the client based on their business needs
  • Help evolve a robust roadmap for our product offerings by identifying trending in the Indian market
  • Work closely with the internal Clients, Client Services, Product & Delivery teams to drive sales of offerings in the Indian market
  • Act as voice of customer across the organization and champion our products and solutions with the customer
  • Have a strong growth mindset by relentlessly pursuing new opportunities with clients

What do you bring?

  • A minimum of 7 years of work experience in the HR tech industry or within digital marketing, or advertising technology,
  • Past experience as a team player who can work with multiple departments to deliver results
  • A self-starter who is resourceful and creative with their approach to getting things done
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
